Practice the decision.

Three short drills. Each answer explains itself after you commit. Your attempts stay on this browser.

Decide, then read why

Lessons explain the rule. These drills make you choose. Naming a tile, judging a joker group, and passing three tiles are separate skills, so they stay in separate sets. A submitted answer is stored on this browser as one attempt. Clearing the record deletes it here.

Joker questions judge the group in front of you, not a complete winning hand. Charleston questions use the same idea as the Charleston lesson: keep the tiles the prompt names, and never pass the joker. When you want the rule again, go back to jokers or the tiles.

Name the tile in front of you.
Judge the group. This one is a legal pung.
Choose three to pass. A joker stays on the rack.
